1. Introduction. Your privacy is important to us here at Lucid Design Group, Inc. (Lucid, we or us), so we want you to understand how we use the information provided by your use of our BuildingOS service (“Service”). By accessing the Service and any part of this website or materials made available through it, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not access the Service, this site or any pages of it. Lucid owns the information collected on this website.
2. Types of Information Collected & Use.
(a) Personally Identifiable Information. To use the Service, you will need to create an account, during which time you will be asked to provide personal information, including things like your name, e-mail address, telephone number and other personally identifiable information that is necessary or helpful to facilitate your use of the Service, enable us to contact you and to provide you information regarding a product or service in which we believe you might have an interest. Lucid values your privacy and will not share your personally identifiable information without your permission with anyone except as necessary to facilitate your use of the Service or evaluate and provide you information regarding products and services. However, we reserve the right to disclose any personally identifiable or other information as required by law or when disclosure is necessary to protect our rights. If your personal information changes, or if you no longer desire our services, please contact Lucid.
(b) Traffic Information. Like most websites, this website automatically gathers certain traffic information and stores it in log files. This information may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. Such information is anonymous and does not personally identify users. Lucid uses this information to ensure levels of service, analyze trends, administer and improve its site and gather demographic information about the website’s user base. We do not link this automatically-collected data to personally identifiable information.
(d) Use. Information provided to Lucid through this website will be used for purposes of facilitating your proper use of the Service and evaluating issues related to providing you services offered by us and our partners. If you have authorized us to do so, we may use this information to (i) contact you regarding the products and services offered by Lucid and its partners, and (ii) provide you marketing information regarding these products and services.
4. California “Do Not Track” Notice. Unlike some websites, we do not track your activities across third party websites. So we do not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals.
5. Security. The security of your personal information is important to us. Lucid follows generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted, both during transmission and once received. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
